Most of my cakes are decorated with a Marshmallow Fondant. This type of fondant give the professional look but has a nicer flavor and texture compared to traditional fondant. I also work with buttercream, cream cheese frosting or melted buttercream.

Cookies are decorated with royal icing and/or marshmallow fondant. Custom cookies include 3-4 in cookies, decorated and individually wrapped and include bows or streamers.

Standard sized cupcakes are decorated with your choice of buttercream, cream cheese or marshmallow fondant icings. Cupcakes can also be injected with fillings or extra flavoring.
